Austrian Ecolabel
The Austrian Ecolabel (Das Österreichische Umweltzeichen) was established in 1990 by the Austrian Ministry of Environment to enhance environmental awareness within the country’s tourism and leisure industry.
The Austrian Ecolabel is awarded to accommodation, catering, conference and event enterprises, as well as campsites for their commitment to environmentally friendly management practices and social responsibility.

Towards Sustainability - Febelfin
Towards Sustainability is a sustainability label launched by Febelin (The Belgian Federation of the Financial Sector) specifically aimed at investment funds.
Towards Sustainability is a quality standard for sustainable and socially responsible financial products. Each labeled product has its own web page with sustainability analysis. By providing this analysis, investors can directly see how sustainable each labelled product is. The analysis is used to verify whether the investment product’s strategy and policy have good Environmental, Social and Governance scores.

FNG Label
The FNG Label is the quality standard awarded to sustainable investment funds in German-speaking countries. The label was established in 2015 after a three-year development process involving key stakeholders. In order to prove continued commitment to sustainability, the associated sustainability certification must be renewed annually.

Greenfin Label
The Greenfin Label was born in 2015, following COP 21, under the name of Transition Energétique et Ecologique pour le Climat (TEEC). This label guides issuers whose investment funds take energy and ecological transition into account, as its old name indicated.
Created by the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition (France), the label aims to signal and guarantee the presence of green investments and their quality in investment funds of all kinds.

LuxFLAG Climate Finance Label
The primary objective of the LuxFLAG Climate Finance Label is to reassure investors that each investment fund awarded the label invests at least 75% of its total assets in investments related to mitigation and/or adaptation of climate change or crosscutting activities, and must prove a clear and direct link to these activities.

LuxFLAG Environment Label
The LuxFLAG Environment Label was created with the primary objective of reassuring investors that an investment fund invests primarily in environment-related sectors in a responsible manner. The Environment Label requires each eligible fund to have a portfolio of investments in environment-related sectors corresponding to at least 75% of the fund’s total assets.

LuxFLAG ESG Label
The primary objective of the LuxFLAG ESG Label is to reassure investors that each investment product awarded the label incorporates ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria throughout the entire investment process. The eligibility criteria for the ESG Label requires applicable funds to screen 100% of their invested portfolio according to one of the ESG strategies and standards recognised by LuxFLAG.

LuxFLAG Microfinance Label
The primary objective of the LuxFLAG Microfinance Label is to reassure investors that the Microfinance Investment Vehicle (MIV) invests, directly or indirectly, in the Microfinance sector. Investing indirectly means that the MIV can, rather than giving direct loans to Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), invest in other MIVs that invest more than 50% of its proceeds in Microfinance.

Nordic Swan Ecolabel
The Nordic Swan Ecolabel creates sustainable solutions based on a life cycle assessment and overall goal to reduce the environmental impact caused by the production and consumption of goods. There are strict requirements in all phases of a product’s life cycle and these requirements are continuously tightened to ensure the sustainable development of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. What distinguishes the label from other labels is the requirement of an independent third party certification.

SRI Label
The SRI Label is used as a tool for choosing sustainable and responsible investments. Created and supported by the Ministry of Finance (France), the label’s goal is to increase the visibility of SRI products among investors in France and Europe.
SRI investment aims at reconciling economic performance, social and environmental impact by financing companies contributing to a sustainable development in all business sectors. The SRI Label, issued at the end of a strict process of labelling led by independent bodies, constitutes a unique mark for the investors wishing to contribute to a more sustainable economy.
